Why does a verification code error occur sometimes?
Common reasons for verification code errors are as follows:
- Verification code input has timed out as it is usually valid for 60s. Timeout will prompt a verification code error. You need to obtain the verification code again and enter it in time.
- The phone receiving the verification code has not been calibrated for time settings, resulting in a verification code error. Please try again after calibrating the time properly.
- The phone is not connected to the network or the network connection is poor, so the verification code cannot be received. Please reconnect to the network or change the network and try again.
