Why can't I receive the email verification code?

If you are unable to receive the verification code emails from Sahm, please try the following steps:

  • Check the spam/junk mail folder: The verification email may have been mistakenly categorized as spam. Please review your spam or promotional folders.
  • Verify the email address: Ensure that the email address you provided is accurate.
  • Email server delay: Sometimes, network delays can cause late arrival of verification emails. Please wait 1-2 minutes. If you still cannot receive the email, try requesting a new verification code.

If your email address is correct and you do not find Sahm's emails in the spam folder, we recommend adding Sahm's email domain to your safe sender list to ensure you receive important notifications from Sahm in the future. The process for adding a domain to the safe sender list may vary depending on your email provider. Please follow the appropriate instructions for your email service.

Outlook/Hotmail

1. Sign in to your Outlook or Hotmail account. Open your Safe Senders settings.

2.  Add to Safe Senders and Domains:

3. After adding the email to your safe sender list, please request a new verification code from Sahm.

Gmail

1. Open Gmail.

2. Click on the search box and enter noreply@verification.sahmcapital.com. Click the filter icon to apply the search filter.

3. Click “Create filter” Button,

4. Select “Never send it to Spam”, then click the “Create filter” button to ensure that future emails from this address always land in your inbox.

5. After adding the email to your safe sender list, please request a new verification code from Sahm.
