1. How to Complete IAM Verification?
- For Saudi residents or those with Saudi-related documents, follow the process below to complete IAM verification:
- Choose "Saudi" for account opening.
- Enter your Saudi National ID or Iqama ID and name, then click "Next"
- Follow the instructions on the page to enter the verification code, open the Nafath App to proceed.
- After completing the verification in the Nafath App, return to the Sahm App and click "I have confirmed" to complete the IAM information verification.
- For UAE residents or those with UAE-related documents, follow the process below to complete IAM verification:
- Choose "Emirates ID" for account opening.
- Enter your UAE National ID and email, then click "Next"
- Open the verification email and click the verification button to complete the Idenfo verification.
- After completing the verification on Idenfo, return to the Sahm App and click "I have confirmed" to complete the IAM information verification.
- For Qatar residents or those with Qatar-related documents, follow the process below to complete IAM verification:
- Choose "Qatar ID" for account opening, then click "Next"
- Enter personal information accurately as prompted on the page.
- Prepare both sides of your ID document and supporting address proof, such as a credit card statement. Upload the required documents according to the instructions on the page.
- If you do not fall into the above categories, please contact customer service for assistance.
2. How to Solve the Issue When Personal Information is Problematic?
- If the feedback information page indicates an issue, you need to update your personal information on the official government platform and then return to the Sahm App to initiate IAM verification.
- Saudi residents or holders of Saudi documents should update via the Nafath App.
- UAE residents or holders of UAE documents should update via UAE Pass.
3. How to Solve If There's No Response After Following the Process?
- If the page does not react after completing the verification process, try logging out of the Sahm App and initiate the verification again.
- Alternatively, seek assistance from the customer service team.
