Why does the capital inflow amount not equal to the outflow amount for stocks?

Capital inflow refers to the total bid amount, while capital outflow is the total ask amount. As a result, a stock's capital inflow and outflow amount correlate to the ask and bid of the day, and do not have equivalent relationship.
