What license does Sahm hold?
On October 19, 2022, Sahm Capital (formerly known as Valuable Capital Financial Company) received licenses from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to conduct Dealing, Advising and Custody services in Saudi Arabia.
On October 1, 2023, Sahm Capital secured the final approval from the CMA to commence operations.
On November 29, 2023, Sahm Capital became a registered member of the Saudi stock exchange, Tadawul, as well as its affiliates, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa).
