3. Eligibility for Promotion Participation

5. How to Get Rewards
Step 1: Sign up with your telephone number or email.
Step 2: Download the Sahm App (click here to download).
Step 3: Log in to the Sahm App with your registered telephone number or email.
Step 4: Rewards will be issued to your Sahm account in the form of coupons (click “My Coupons”).
6. How to Use Rewards
Step 1: Open a Saudi or U.S. account to activate the commission coupon and U.S. quotes coupon (The effective time of commission discount will be indicated by a pop-up prompt after you redeem the commission coupon. It's effective either on next order or next trading day.)
Step 2: Make an initial deposit of no less than SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500 to activate Aurora Innovation Inc. stocks coupon.
Note:
- Sahm will not be responsible for user errors or incorrect registration information and will not reissue any coupons.
- The number of AUR shares is subject to the stock price and thus may change as price varies. But the total stock worth will remain around $50.
- The free U.S. stocks will be distributed to users' U.S. securities portfolio within 14 business days. Therefore, users are suggested to open a U.S. securities account first to receive stocks.
7. Reward Expiration
Coupons will be valid for 45 days from the date of the registration. Users should use them promptly, as no rewards will be reissued after the expiration date.

The fees generated in Saudi stocks trading include commission fees charged by Sahm Capital and collection fees charged by CMA, Tadawul, etc. The 70% off commission discount on the Saudi Market here only applies to the commission fees (0.105%) charged by Sahm Capital. A maximum of SAR 3 commission will be charged by Sahm Capital for each transaction. If an order is filled through multiple transactions or filled separately on multiple trading days, this order will be considered as multiple orders and charged separately.
