Portfolio Details Description

1. Net Assets: The sum of total cash and market value of stock holdings.

2. Total Cash: Represents all cash belonging to the user. If there are liabilities, this value will appear as negative.

3. Buying Power: The amount of funds available to purchase stocks.

4. Max Buying Power: The maximum purchasing power available in Saudi and U.S. stock margin portfolio. It depends on the initial margin requirement of the stock and is calculated using the lowest margin rate requirement as a standard.  However, this value does not represent the actual purchasing power during order placement. Actual purchasing power is determined based on the stock's specific margin requirements at the time of the transaction.

Breakdown of Total Cash:

1. Available to Withdraw: The amount of money that can be withdrawn from this portfolio.

2. Unsettled: Funds that are still in the settlement process due to stock transactions or deposits that have not yet cleared. These funds can be used for trading but cannot be withdrawn.

3. Outstanding Orders: Funds reserved for pending orders. These funds cannot be used for trading or withdrawals.

4. Borrowed: The amount borrowed, classified as a liability.

5. Accrued Margin Fees: Interest accrued on U.S. stock margin portfolio, categorized as a liability.

6. Others: This may include the following scenarios:

  • If a variation margin exists in another portfolio, it cannot be withdrawn but can still be used for trading within that portfolio.  
  • Frozen funds are neither withdrawable nor usable for trading.
