Invite Friends terms and conditions

1. Promotion Period

The promotion will commence from 26/12/2024 GMT+3 to 31/1/2025 GMT+3 (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period). The period is subject to the displayed date on the promotion page.

2. Eligibility for Promotion Participation

The Promotion is only open to Sahm Capital Financial Company (hereinafter referred to as Sahm Capital) clients.

3. Promotion Rewards

(1) Reward 1: A share of the SAR 1 million cash prize pool. 

Get this rewards by inviting your friend to sign up during the promotion period and deposit ≥ SAR 1,000 or USD 300 during the promotion period. This action is considered "a successful invitation," and the same applies thereafter.

(2) Reward 2: Extra cash rewards for top 10 inviters.

(3) Reward 3: SAR 200 cash.

• During the promotion period, a user (inviter) will get a cash coupon of SAR 200 for each friend (invitee) he/she invites if the invitee sign up with Sahm via the inviter's invitation link or code, opens an account, makes an initial deposit of no less than SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500, and maintain a net deposit (deposit amount − withdrawal amount) of at least SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500 for 14 calendar days.
• There is no upper limit to your reward of cash 200. The more you invite, the more cash you get.

4. How to Get Rewards

• Step 1: Click Invite Now on the promotion page.
• Step 2: You share the invitation link, code, or picture (with the QR code) to your friends.
• Step 3: Your friends open your link or scan the QR code to sign up with Sahm. Your invitation code will be automatically filled out when your friends sign up.
• Step 4: Your friends open an account and make an initial deposit of no less than SAR 1,000 or USD 300, and you will get Reward 1. The corresponding reward will be issued to your account in the form of cash coupons within 1/2/2025−14/2/2025.
• Step 5: Invite as many friends as you can to become the top 10 inviters. If you are among the final top 10, you will receive the extra cash rewards in the form of coupons within 1/2/2025−14/2/2025.
• Step 6: Your friends open an account and make an initial deposit of no less than SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500. And, they must maintain a net deposit (deposit amount − withdrawal amount) of at least SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500 within 14 calendar days, you will get Reward 3.

[Special Note]: Invitee's actual deposit results will be displayed on the inviter's invitation history on T+1 day. On T day, the deposit results will uniformly show as "Insufficient Amount" even if the deposit amount is sufficient.

5. How to Use Rewards

Go to "My Coupons," find the cash coupon, and click "Redeem," then the cash will show in your Saudi portfolio within 3 business days. Users should open a Saudi securities account first to receive the cash reward.

6. Reward Expiration

The reward coupon will be valid for 45 days after being credited to the user's account. Please use them promptly, as no rewards will be reissued after expiration.

7. Important Notes

• This promotion does not constitute an offer, solicitation, advice, opinion, or guarantee of any securities, financial products, or tools.
• Sahm Capital reserves the right to change these terms and conditions within the limits of the law, and modify, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Sahm Capital reserves the right to revoke or withhold relevant rewards for any actions that violate the rules and involve malicious reward acquisition.
• In case of any dispute, Sahm Capital reserves the final decision-making authority.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

• Can I just copy my invitation code and ask my friends to enter my invitation code?

Answer: Yes, you can copy the invitation code on the promotion page and send it to your friends. But your friends need to download the Sahm App, sign up first, and enter your invitation code in "Enter Invitation Code" on the side menu of the Sahm App. After that, the invitation relationship will be established.

• Is there an upper limit to the number of friends I can invite?

Answer: There is no upper limit. During the promotion period, the more friends you invite to deposit (≥ SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500), the more rewards you will get.
