How to check the status of my withdrawal?
After a user initiates a withdrawal request, we will inform them of the result via push notification as well as SMS and email.
If you need to check the progress of your withdrawal or your withdrawal history, you can log in Sahm APP and follow the steps below.
- Tap the "Portfolio" located at the bottom of the page.
- Tap on "Transfer" on the upper right of the Portfolio page.
- Select the "Withdrawal" option.
- Tap the icon on the upper right corner of the page. Under "Withdrawal" you can check your historical withdrawal records.
