3. Promotion Details

During the promotion period, eligible participants will be able to claim "Cashback on U.S. Stocks," "Free U.S. Market Quotes," and "Extra $5" on the promotion page.

3.2 How to Use Rewards

• Cashback on U.S. Stocks
  • After redeeming the coupon, the coupon entitles the holder to a 30-day cashback on U.S. stock market trading commissions.
  • The cashback amount is limited to the coupon's face value. There is no limit on the number of transactions.
  • The cashback is applicable to the commission fees charged by Sahm Capital incurred during U.S. securities buying and selling. Other collection fees charged by CMA, Tadawul, and so on do not fall in the cashback range. For more details, please refer to Help Center.
  • The coupon will automatically expire once the cashback amount reaches the coupon's face value ($20 and $5 respectively) during the validity period.
  •  The $20 cashback coupon and $5 cashback coupon cannot be used concurrently. Once the commission rebate limit of the first activated coupon is reached, the other coupon can then be activated.

• Free U.S. Market Quotes 
  • After redeeming the coupon, users will enjoy the real-time U.S. market quotes.
  • If you already have the same type of quotes in effect and also redeem the quotes coupon during the promotion period, the quotes duration will be accumulated and correspondingly extended.

3.3 Reward Issuing

• All the rewards, after claiming, will be issued to the users' account in the form of coupons. Please view them in Sahm App - My Coupons.
• All rewards and coupons are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient for approved purposes on the trading platform.

3.4 Reward Expiration

All the coupons will be valid for 30 days since the claiming date. Users should use them promptly, as no rewards will be reissued after the expiration date.

4. Special Notes of "Free U.S. Market Quotes"

• If you are eligible to claim the rewards, please claim them the next day on this promotional page. This is because the U.S. securities account's asset value is verified based on the previous trading day's settlement data (T-1), not real-time.
• Starting from February 1, 2025, Sahm users with assets of ≥ $100 in their U.S. securities account will automatically receive a coupon of 30-day NYSE ArcaBook and a coupon of 30-day U.S. Options Market Data every month. The account assets will be automatically verified daily, and the coupons will be automatically issued to eligible accounts. Users need to activate and use the coupons in the Sahm App - My Coupons.
