About Stocks Coupon

1. Introduction

Sahm's free stocks are a benefit module designated for our clients who participate in certain activities. The stock symbol and worth may vary as the offer of Sahm varies. It is usually issued to clients' Sahm accounts in the form of coupons and can be found at "My Coupons" in Sahm App.

2. Usage Instructions

• You will be eligible to receive a stock coupon by participating in and meeting the conditions of the activities or promotions. 
• The symbol and total worth of free stocks may vary as the offer of Sahm varies.
• Currently, free AUR stocks worth around $50 are available to new clients of Sahm Capital Financial Company who sign up during specific promotion period.
• You can check your stock coupon at "My Coupons" in Sahm App. Coupons are valid only for the period indicated on the coupon.
• Clients may need to complete certain actions (currently, to make an initial deposit of no ness than SAR 5,000 or USD 1,500) to activate the coupon within the coupon's validity period. Specific activation details are subject to the "conditions of use" in the coupon page.
• The number of shares is subject to the stock price and thus may change as price varies. But the total stock worth will stick to specific promotion details and rules. Currently, the AUR stock price would remain around $50.
• After activation, clients may need to manually redeem the coupon first and then receive the free stocks.
• After you redeem your free stocks successfully, Sahm will credit them to your portfolio of corresponding market within 14 trading days. For now, clients need to open a U.S. Securities account first to receive the free U.S. stocks.
• Coupons not activated within the indicated validity period will be deemed inactive and obsolete. Or, if you completed the required actions but did not redeem the coupon, you will not get the free stocks either.
