PRESSR: Azizi Developments announces 86% completion of Azizi Vista project

Dubai, United Arab Emirates : Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that 86% of the construction work on its Azizi Vista project in Dubai Studio City, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Dubai, has been completed. The project, which comprises studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Azizi Developments continues to work steadily on the project, with the overall completion rate reaching 85%. The building, construction, and interior cladding works have been completed, while tiling works have reached 96%. HVAC and MEP works have reached 95% and 87%, respectively. The exterior works, including the swimming pool, elevators, and façade, have reached 47%, 79%, 90%, and 89%, respectively. A current on-site team of 397 employees is currently working to maintain the rapid pace of construction.
