Taylor Swift's New Album Dominates As Week's Favorite New Music: Poll
In a new poll of music fans conducted by Billboard, Taylor Swift's "1989 (Taylor's Version)" emerged as the favorite new music release of the week.
This re-recorded version of her 2014 hit album garnered an overwhelming 89% of the vote. In addition to the original tracks, "1989 (Taylor's Version)" features five new "From the Vault" songs, titled "Slut!," "Say Don't Go," "Now That We Don't Talk," "Suburban Legends," and "Is It Over Now?"

Swift's decision to reclaim her music catalog has generated significant anticipation and excitement among fans.
Shortly after its release, "1989 (Taylor's Version)" sold over 250,000 copies in the United States on its first day, securing the album's position as having the third-largest sales week of 2023 within just one day.
It's expected that album sales will continue to increase in the following days, with the tracking week ending on Nov. 2.
