Dubai, UAE : Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced that 56% of the construction work on Azizi Vista, a project in Dubai Studio City, one of the most exclusive residential areas in Dubai, is complete. The project consists of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2025 .

Construction work on the project is progressing at a rapid pace, with the overall finishing percentage reaching 37%, while the entire structure has been completed, with the brickwork reaching 99%, interior cladding reaching 95%, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works reaching 60% and 53% respectively, with the total workforce on the project increasing to 562 to maintain the same pace of work .
