Riyadh - Mubasher: The National Water Company has launched a guide for documenting meters, as it has allocated an electronic page on its official website as a guide that includes common inquiries from its customers about documenting water service meters, as part of the initiative to document meters and link them to the national identity and residency, which enables them to fully benefit from water services and raise the level of reliability of meters .

The company explained, in a statement issued today, Monday, that the page includes methods for documenting meters, an explanation of what documenting them means, why they should be documented, and where I can document my meter, in addition to an explanation included in the explanatory guides for the water meter documentation service through its official channels .

The company indicated that its official channels receive customer requests to document water service meters 24 hours a day, and it is pleased to communicate with customers to assist them, or provide any service to them through the unified call centers (8004411110).

The National Water Company stated that this comes under the slogan “My Meter”, which was launched by the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority and the Saudi Water Authority on October 15, 2024, to develop the services provided to beneficiaries, most notably: facilitating the communication process between the beneficiary and the service provider, ensuring that maintenance notifications reach the applicant, in addition to improving the billing mechanism and overcoming the reasons for not reaching the actual beneficiary .

The National Water Company called on all categories of customers, whether owners or tenants, to document the water meters in their properties, in order to preserve their rights and benefit from all the services provided by the service provider.
